Upper management listens and implements changes. Not for profit organization. Good work environment.

IT systems and means for reporting overtime, prn, etc is very old school and difficult. Directors occasionally not qualified and very disorganized.

Cons
ALOT of promises that aren't followed through. Told I don't have the skill set for certain positions. Get taken advantage of if willing to work hard. Been told to "leave it alone" when bringing up confidentiality and compliance issues.

Internal contracts and travelers make 3x more than staff, but staff was loyal during COVID. Non-loyal employees are rewarded before staff/permanent employees.
